I'm on a diet and exercise, but the weight is not melting. What am I doing wrong?
I'm about 50 pounds overweight. Six weeks ago I started a diet and exercise routine that consume about 1400-1600 calories a day and exercising 4-5 times a week. I walk on a treadmill of 3.5 for anywhere from 40-80 minutes. I've been very consistent and I'm happy to finally be focusing on getting healthy. Here's the problem: I've only lost about 5 pounds so far, which is great, but I was hoping and hoping that losing weight faster. The only article of clothing that feels loose is my bra, which obviously not the result I want. Is there something I'm doing wrong or my expectations are just too far?
